Weekly Series Beginning May 2026
Follow the True Path to Abundant Life
This 12-part weekly series is designed to walk a genuine seeker of spiritual realities from estrangement from God to reconciliation with Him. Beginning with the question of truth and ending with the assurance of new life in Christ, the series traces the biblical path by which sinners are brought to God on His terms: through His mercy and grace, by trusting the redemptive work of His Son, turning from sin, and following Jesus as Savior and Lord.
Series Overview
Twelve posts from truth to reconciliation
Each post builds on the one before it, moving from God’s revelation and man’s condition to Christ’s person and work, then to repentance, faith, assurance, and new life.
Part 1
Can We Really Know the Truth?
This post establishes that objective, knowable truth exists and that God calls us to seek it. It introduces truth not merely as an abstract concept, but as something God reveals and ultimately centers in Jesus Christ.
Part 2
The God Who Is There: Holy, Creator, Lord
This post presents who God is according to Scripture: holy, sovereign, personal, and our Creator. It shows that because He made us, He has rightful authority over us and is worthy of our worship and obedience.
Part 3
Made to Reflect God: Our Dignity and Design
This post explains mankind’s original purpose, dignity, and responsibility as image-bearers of God. It shows that our longing for meaning, justice, and eternity points beyond ourselves to the One who made us.
Part 4
What Went Wrong: The Reality of Sin
This post explains sin as rebellion against God, not merely mistakes or weaknesses. It shows both the universality and seriousness of sin, including the personal guilt that every sinner bears before a holy God.
Part 5
The God Who Judges: Wrath, Justice, and Hell
This post shows that God’s justice and wrath are good, necessary, and real. It clarifies the biblical doctrine of judgment and hell, emphasizing that every person will stand before God.
Part 6
Why We Can’t Save Ourselves
This post exposes the futility of self-salvation projects such as morality, religion, and self-improvement. It shows the depth of our inability and why salvation must come from outside of us, from God Himself.
Part 7
Who Is Jesus? God the Son in Human Flesh
This post presents the biblical identity of Jesus Christ as fully God, fully man, and the promised Messiah. It explains why His person is central to salvation and why a false view of Jesus cannot save.
Part 8
What Jesus Did: Cross and Resurrection
This post explains the heart of the gospel: Christ’s substitutionary death and bodily resurrection. It shows how Jesus bore wrath in the place of sinners and how His resurrection vindicates His claims and secures salvation.
Part 9
Grace Alone, Through Faith Alone, in Christ Alone, According to Scripture Alone
This post clearly states the biblical doctrine of salvation by grace through faith in Christ alone as taught in Scripture alone. It shows that sinners are justified not by merit or ritual, but by God’s saving provision in His Son.
Part 10
What Is Repentance? Turning from Sin to God
This post defines true, biblical repentance and distinguishes it from counterfeit forms such as regret, embarrassment, or fear of consequences. It shows repentance as a real turning from sin to God and from self-rule to Christ’s rule.
Part 11
What Is Saving Faith? Resting in Christ
This post explains biblical saving faith in its content, character, and fruit. It shows that true faith is not mere agreement with facts, but personal trust in Christ alone that results in a changed life.
Part 12
Assurance, New Life, and the Only Sure Way Home
This concluding post draws the series together, invites the reader to repent and believe, and shows the assurance and new life that follow. It points to the only sure way home: reconciliation with God through Jesus Christ.
